Medical University – Sofia start to exchange students since 2000, when Erasmus Programme has been open for participation for Bulgaria as a pre-accession country in 1999 year. For the period of 20 years more than 140 Erasmus Inter-institutional Agreements have been signed with partner universities from 25 Programme countries and 8 Partner countries.
